The information is collected by the hospital and is collated by PHS. Our organisation has well established systems to protect the privacy of data held on patients and staff. This is covered by
the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and Public Benefit and Privacy Panel for Health & Social Care (PBPP) Guidelines. No identifiable information will be passed to any individual or organisation out with the National Health Service.
